Neighbourhood Watch is a group of concerned neighbours who combine together with the aim of reducing crime and the fear of crime in their immediate areas, and to keep an eye on the vulnerable, elderly and disabled. Neighbourhood Watch schemes are coordinated by the local Watch Liaison Officer for East Hertfordshire, Jill Dockley. Bob Sheldrick is the Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator for the Chapmore End Association.
